Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport
The closest airport to Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Roughly one hour and thirty minutes away from the wedding venue.
Where to Stay
We recommend booking accommodations in or near Fish Creek, WI as soon as possible — August is a very busy time in Door County, and rooms fill up quickly!
Below you will find details on hotels where we have reserved room blocks for our guests (i.e., The Homestead Suites & Parkwood Lodge), along with a list of additional lodging recommendations nearby.
Airbnb's and Vrbo's are also a great option for larger travel parties, extended stays, etc. If you opt for a private vacation home for your stay, we recommend reserving a place as close as possible to the wedding venue (see Home page for venue address).
Fish Creek: Located on the Green Bay side of the Door County peninsula, about 5 miles west of the wedding venue. It’s more of a lively town with access to charming inns, shops, restaurants, beaches, and parks.
Please note that Uber and Lyft are not available in the Door County area. There are a few local taxi and cab services, but options are limited.
To make things easier, we will be providing day-of transportation to and from the wedding venue for guests staying within the Fish Creek area.

We have secured 15 room blocks at the Homestead Suites in Fish Creek until May 15th, 2026.

Parkwood Lodge - Door County
We have reserved some rooms at the Parkwood Lodge in Fish Creek for 4 nights, but a 3-night stay (Thursday-Sunday) is also an option.
