Wedding Day Attire

Country Cocktail

A mix of cocktail attire and rustic flair — midi-length or long sundresses, slacks, button-downs, cowboy boots & bolo ties welcome. Please no dusty blue or solid light blue colored dresses

We are celebrating in a barn and on a grassy lawn— so dress up, but stay comfortable and weather-aware (it will likely be humid). The grass may be damp, so if you’re wearing a longer dress, consider one that isn’t floor-length to avoid it brushing the ground.

Wedding Day Transportation

Parking at the venue is limited and is reserved for designated immediate family members only. Those with reserved parking have been notified with parking instructions.

We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue for guests staying in Fish Creek and Ephraim.

Pick-Ups to the venue will begin at 3:00 PM and end at 3:40 PM

Pick-Up Location for those staying in Fish Creek: Homestead Suites

Pick-Up Location for those staying in Ephraim: Eagle Harbor Inn

Pick-Up from the venue to your stay location: Starting at 9:00 PM through 11 PM

Ubers and Lyfts are not available in the Door County area. There are a few local taxi and cab services, but options are limited.

Are Children Welcome at the Wedding?

Your Save-the-Date and formal invitation will include the names of those invited. We kindly ask that children under the age of 10 do not attend.

Can I bring a Plus One?

If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your Save-the-Date and formal invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people on the invitation are in attendance.

Welcome Party (8/21/2026)

Attire —This is a Welcome 'Picnic' Party. A relaxed yet classic summer look. Think sundresses, sandals, and button-down shirts. Lightweight, breathable fabrics (like cotton or linen) are great for staying comfortable in the (possible) humidity. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing ripped jeans or pants, jean shorts, crop tops, running shoes/sneakers.

Transportation — Parking is available at the venue, however, we highly encourage carpooling, as parking is limited.

Food/Drink —A selection of hot and cold dishes will be provided, along with wine, beer, bubbly, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Note for Guests —We kindly ask that only the guests named on the wedding invitation attend the welcome party. However, if you are traveling with a child under 10 who is not listed on the invitation and are unable to attend otherwise, we would be happy to welcome your little one(s) to the relaxed picnic dinner. We simply ask that children remain supervised by their parent(s) or guardian(s) throughout the event.

What do I Pack?

Door County in August can be warm, humid, with some possible showers, so we recommend checking the weather before packing.

In addition to your wedding-day attire, consider bringing:

A light jacket and/or rain jacket for cooler evenings or unexpected showers. Swimsuit and shorts for enjoying local beaches or water activities. Breathable layers and comfortable sandals for daytime exploring.

Packing a mix of casual and versatile pieces will help you stay comfortable while enjoying all that Door County has to offer!
